Controlled Atmosphere Storage: Fresh Apples All Year

To ensure you can enjoy crisp, flavourful apples long after harvest, we use Controlled Atmosphere (CA) coolers. These specialized rooms carefully regulate oxygen, carbon dioxide, temperature, and humidity to slow the natural ripening process. By creating the ideal storage environment, we’re able to keep apples firm, fresh, and delicious all winter — meaning you don’t just enjoy Niagara apples in the fall, but all year long.

Nectarines

Sweet Cherries
